Scripture for Peace

In a world filled with turmoil, uncertainty, and chaos, it’s easy to feel anxious, overwhelmed, and alone. Many of us face daily struggles that can leave us feeling hopeless and searching for something to ease our fears and calm our hearts.

In some ways, we’re all searching for peace. You may struggle with anxiety, depression, nerves about an upcoming decision, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. But, take heart; There is a peace that surpasses understanding and can only come from God.

Throughout the Bible, countless passages offer hope and comfort to those in need. The following verses showcase different aspects of God’s peace and how it can bring rest to the soul. We hope these verses will remind you of the peace available to you through faith and provide you with the comfort and reassurance you need to face life’s challenges with confidence.

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid." John 14:27

"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7
