Women were made to cultivate

Let's create a rhythm of reflection and nourishment for our souls.

Each quarter, the Women of Christ Methodist will gather to explore an inward, outward, or corporate spiritual discipline: prayer, relationships, service, and rest. The practices themsleves are not the goal. Instead, they serve as a way to cultivate our hearts as we pursue deeper intimacy with Christ.

Cultivate Gatherings are a catalyst for exploring these spiritual disciplines, but only you as an individual can pursue intimacy with Christ. Use these resources as you dive deeper into your relationship with Jesus.

FAQs

  • Each quarter Christ Methodist Women’s Ministry will host gatherings that explore an inward, outward, or corporate spiritual discipline. These gatherings are not replacements for Bible studies, Sunday worship, or spiritual community, but serve as equipping and teaching tools for women. They also provide an opportunity for corporate fellowship with women outside of our typical circles.

  • If you are looking for a recording of our gathering, resources or other ways to recap our current Cultivate exploration, then visit the resources above to dive deeper! Our events are not linear, so if you miss one you are always able to join us for the next one!

  • Some of our Cultivate Gatherings are in the evening or will involve opportunities to serve outside our church walls. If transportation to or from an event is a challenge for you, please email Laura Greenwell.

  • Currently, our nursery will provide childcare for children ages 0-5 years old. Please note your need for childcare when you register for each event. If you have children older than 5 years old and are unable to attend due to childcare limitations, please contact Laura Greenwell.
