December Pastoral Search Update

The mission of the Christ Church Pastor Search Committee is to seek a servant-hearted, Christ-centered, spirit-led Senior Pastor who prayerfully and effectively preaches the inspired word of God and models and develops spiritual leadership among the staff and congregation as a present and caring leader.

The committee is in the search-and-learn phase. Over the past six weeks, the committee has been focused on identifying potential candidates through various channels and conducting research by viewing and studying sermons.

“We are encouraged by our progress and look forward to advancing the search and selection progress in 2022,” said Lauren Robinson, Pastor Search Committee Chair.

During this season of preparation and anticipation, please continue to be in prayer for the search committee. Specifically, please pray earnestly and consistently for humble and submissive hearts, the leading of the Holy Spirit, that God would be glorified through the search and that He would direct it to His desired result.
