About The Position

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts, designs, and social media content for various projects.

Collaborate with the Communications Team to develop high-quality, design-forward solutions.

Manage and enhance the church's brand identity.

Organize design systems and maintain well-structured files.

Qualifications

Believer in Jesus Christ, committed to the church’s mission.

Strong problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented, solutions-based approach.

Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.

A holistic view of design and brand management.

Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.

What To Expect

What’s a day on the Comms Team like?

    • Creating graphics for weekly newsletters, bulletins, and regular social media posts.

    • Maintaining and updating the church's visual identity across all platforms.

    • Collaborating with various ministry teams on ongoing needs.

    • Designing materials for large-scale church events and campaigns.

    • Developing unique branding for specific ministries or initiatives.

    • Leading creative workshops or training sessions for staff and volunteers.
