Jacob’s Well

Mission: To provide Christian worship opportunities to marginalized and unhoused communities in Memphis, fostering revival and empowering individuals to become witnesses to Christ’s love.

Vision: To inspire transformation within the community, beginning with those most in need and serving as a model for evangelism, emphasizing that everyone, regardless of circumstances, needs a Savior.

Program Highlights

  • Saturday Worship Services: Provides meals, clothing, hygiene kits, and bus passes before a traditional worship service for approximately 100 attendees each week.

  • Discipleship Class: Offers Monday classes to deepen faith and provide ongoing spiritual support.

  • Community Outreach: Transports individuals from challenged neighborhoods across Memphis, including Raleigh, Nutbush, and The Heights, to worship and engage in fellowship.

Community Impact

  • Doubled the size of the congregation within the last 6–8 months.

  • Secured air conditioning for the ministry bus, enhancing the comfort of transported participants.

  • Increased participation in post-meal worship services, demonstrating growing engagement with the Gospel.
